Yes, the essay will be about two of the three stories and the novel, Nineteen Eighty-Four. You will need to refer to the three works in your body paragraphs.

Do note, however, that you may use any combination of the three to support your ideas; in other words, you don't need to devote a whole body paragraph to a single work of literature.
